Damaged or Defaced Product: If your Endura-Mem is damaged or defaced at any point during its lifetime, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. This includes cases of vandalism, such as spray painting or sanding, that may occur after installation on a memorial or grave site. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage or defacement, and a photo if possible, and we will work with you to provide a replacement.

General Returns: If you are not satisfied with your Endura-Mem for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
